UI/UX Design for Digital Products, Websites, and Business Systems

We design user interfaces, product experiences, design systems, dashboards, portals, landing pages, and workflows that are clear, usable, and ready for development — not just ready for a presentation.

Designs built to ship, handed over as a system engineers can build from.

The problem

Problems this service solves.

  1. 01Users do not understand what to do next after landing on the page
  2. 02Internal tools are hard to use and slow teams down
  3. 03Product workflows create friction and increase support tickets
  4. 04Dashboards show data but do not help anyone make a decision
  5. 05Engineering teams receive unclear design handoffs and make too many assumptions
  6. 06Landing pages get traffic but do not convert
What you get

Built for these teams

Product teams building SaaS or web applications · Startups who need investor-ready UI before engineering begins · Engineering teams who need clean handoff specs, not just Figma files · Businesses with internal tools that are hard to use

Typical engagement

How the weeks run.

WEEK 1

User journey and product flow audit

We follow the real path a user takes, including the point where they stop.

WEEK 2

Information architecture and wireframes

Structure and low-fidelity layouts first, so the argument about hierarchy happens before anyone picks a colour.

WEEKS 3–N

UI design, prototype, design system, and iterations

Interface design and a component set built together, reviewed against the flows we mapped.

FINAL WEEK

Developer handoff, responsive states, and design documentation

Handed over as states and specifications an engineer can build from without asking what happens on error.

The honest read

How we approach UI/UX design

We use it when

  • There is a real flow with real users, and a point where they measurably stop.
  • Engineering will build from the output, so states and breakpoints have to be specified.
  • The product will keep changing, which is the thing a design system is for.
  • Someone can decide — design by committee produces variations, not decisions.

We refuse it when

  • The brief is a visual refresh and the problem is what the product does.
  • A component library the team already uses would answer it sooner.
  • The design will be handed over with no engineering capacity to build it.
  • The interface is fine and acquisition is what is broken.
We design for implementation, not just for review. Every deliverable is scoped to ship — with component states, responsive breakpoints, and developer handoff notes included. Design system work is tied to the actual frontend stack so nothing needs to be translated before engineering starts.

Why Zasya for UI / UX Design

What makes us different.

Research before pixels

We do not skip user research. Every design decision is grounded in real behaviour, journey analysis, and the actual problems users face.

Built to be shipped

Our designs include component specs, interaction states, edge-case coverage, and responsive variants — not just hero screens.

We build what we design

Our design team works alongside our engineers. Handoffs are clean because the same team owns both sides.

UI / UX Design — FAQ

Questions we hear every time.

Do you do user research or just design?
Both. Research informs every design — we do not skip it or treat it as optional.
Can you build a design system for our team?
Yes. Design systems are one of the highest-leverage investments a product company can make. We design the component library, document the tokens, and hand it off with Storybook where needed.
Do you design mobile apps?
Yes. iOS and Android UI design — including native interaction patterns, gesture-based navigation, and responsive layout across device sizes.
Can you improve an existing product design without a full redesign?
Yes. We audit the current UI, identify the highest-friction areas, and redesign those components — incremental improvement without a big-bang rewrite.

Bring the screen people get stuck on. We'll work through the flow, what the interface is asking of a user, and what a design system would need to carry.
