Welcome, checkout and post-purchase: built, tested, live

Every send is a manual campaign, so nothing runs while you sleep and nothing follows a customer who left. We build the three flows that earn first — welcome, abandoned checkout and post-purchase — wired to real Klaviyo events off your catalogue, tested on real orders, and live inside a month. Fixed price. No retainer, no free tier.

The offer

What you get.

Fixed scope, fixed shape. You know before you start what lands at the end.

Welcome series — built, segmented and live

Abandoned checkout — the flow that pays for the build

Post-purchase — the one that decides whether they come back

Klaviyo events wired to your Shopify catalogue, not to a template

Tested end to end on real orders before anything goes live

A handover doc, so your team can edit the copy without breaking the triggers

The mechanism

Where it leaks.

The steps are not the problem — the joins between them are. Each marked handover is a place value falls out of the process.

The evidence

Built on The Beard Club

A Shopify brand whose platform we rebuilt end to end — subscriptions, fulfillment, order auditing, and the Klaviyo event pipeline underneath all of it. Wiring events correctly is what decides whether a flow fires on the right order at the right moment, and it is the part a template build gets wrong first.

  • Subscription renewals ship consumables, not another full kit
  • A middleware layer, so storefront, subscriptions and warehouse stay separately replaceable
  • Fulfillment reaches a warehouse partner Shopify has no native connector for
  • Order audit runs before promotion abuse becomes a chargeback
  • Klaviyo receives events from the platform rather than a nightly export
  • Carried across successive platform generations without a rebuild

Client feedback

What clients said afterwards.

Reviews left on the platforms the work was contracted through. Where a client asked to stay unnamed, we say so rather than inventing a name.

The deliverable

What you actually receive.

What is running in your account at the end of it.

  1. Three flows live, each with its own segment and its own exit condition
  2. Klaviyo events firing off your real catalogue, verified against real orders
  3. Suppression set up so the three never talk over each other
  4. Reporting that attributes revenue back to the flow that earned it
  5. A handover doc your team can act on without calling us

Before you ask

The objections we hear first.

Why only three flows?
Because these three carry the revenue and the rest argue about the margin. Welcome, checkout and post-purchase built properly beat nine flows half-built, and you can see what they earn before you commit to more.
We already have a welcome flow.
Most brands do, and it usually fires on a signup event and nothing else. We rebuild it against your real catalogue and set suppression so the three do not talk over each other — which is the part that is normally missing.
What if it does not work?
The reporting attributes revenue back to the flow that earned it, so you will know either way inside a month. We would rather you had that number than a retainer.
What does it cost?
$2,400 fixed, no free tier, live inside one month. You get a handover doc your team can act on without calling us.
