Engineering since 2015
For email, retention and Klaviyo agencies

Production capacity that never appears in front of your client.

You already own the client and the plan. What breaks is delivery — a freelancer disappears mid-month and takes the design system with them, an in-house designer costs more than the client margin allows, and every new retainer becomes a hiring decision. We are the capacity behind your name: a named designer, an agreed monthly volume, built to your design system and shipped on your schedule.

Two fields. No call required to start.

The offer

What you get.

Fixed scope, fixed shape. You know before you start what lands at the end.

A named designer you brief directly — not a queue, and the same person next month

An agreed monthly volume of campaigns and flow emails

Built to YOUR design system, in your files, with your Klaviyo footer

Delivered on your schedule, not ours — turnaround is what loses accounts, not quality

We never appear in front of your client. That constraint is the product, not a limitation

The mechanism

How a month runs.

Every step has an owner and a date. Nothing waits on someone remembering to chase it.

StartsYour strategist signs off the month

  1. Brief

  2. Design to your system

  3. Your review

  4. One revision pass

  5. Build in Klaviyo

  6. Test send

  7. Scheduled

The evidence

Eleven brands, four months, under someone else’s name

We are already the production layer behind other retention agencies — lifecycle email, flows, campaigns and master template systems for 11 DTC and wellness brands across four continuous months. You will not find their names on this page, or anywhere else on this site, and that is the point: the same discretion applies to yours.

  • Master template systems
  • Lifecycle flow design
  • Monthly campaign programmes
  • Klaviyo account audits
  • Flow rebuilds
  • Segmentation and list hygiene
  • Build, test and schedule in the agency's own Klaviyo
  • A named designer per account
  • Single consolidated revision pass
  • Delivery under the agency's brand

Client feedback

What clients said afterwards.

Reviews left on the platforms the work was contracted through. Where a client asked to stay unnamed, we say so rather than inventing a name.

The deliverable

What you actually receive.

What a month looks like from your side of it.

  1. A shared board with every email in the month, by status
  2. First-round designs in your files, to your system, by the agreed date
  3. One consolidated revision pass — not an open thread that runs to the 30th
  4. Built and tested in your Klaviyo, under your footer
  5. A named designer who was there last month and will be there next
Terms

What it costs.

  • Fixed monthly fee, scaled by volume
  • First month at half volume, to prove turnaround before either side commits
Before you ask

The objections we hear first.

Will our clients ever know you exist?
No. The work ships under your footer, from your Klaviyo, in your process. Discretion is the product — which is also why the eleven brands behind this page are not named on it, and never will be.
We have been burned by white-label before.
Usually by a pool: a different person each month, re-learning the account. This is a named designer who was there last month and will be there next. If that is not what you get, there is nothing here worth buying.
How is it priced?
A fixed monthly fee, scaled by volume. Not per email, and not an hourly draw-down you have to police — you are buying capacity you can plan around.
